We are looking for Wisconsin or Minnesota-based full-time, over-the-road company drivers. We mainly load out of St. Paul, Minnesota, and haul to various farms, mills, and plants located in Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Iowa, but also have occasional routes to Montana, Illinois, Ohio, and even Canada! Depending on the home location of drivers, drivers may occasionally get home some nights during the week and are home every weekend. We use non-hazmat tanker trailers and haul liquid agricultural products including molasses, fertilizer, and whey.
Driver Requirements
Tanker endorsement.
2 years of CDL driving experience preferred
Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening; National Clearinghouse Registration
No DWI's in the last 5 years
Reasonably clean MVR
Willing to work some long days
Working knowledge of Google Maps, ELD programs, and fuel card networks a plus.
Farm experience and knowledge a plus

Year-Round Work! The cows are always hungry! Agricultural liquid products are always in demand year round, but Spring & Fall work are the exceptionally busy times (great for getting in those summer vacations!)
Weekends at home!! Drivers can expect to be home every weekend, only working weekends if they are interested during busy times. You will ALWAYS BE ASKED FIRST to work weekends (which is rare) and will NEVER BE REQUIRED to do so.
Regular routes provided. Loads to mills, farms, and plants include consistent customers throughout the Midwest
Tanker trailers: Polar tankers are used to deliver our agricultural liquid products; tanker endorsement required but NO HAZMAT REQUIRED
Equipment
Late model manual Peterbilt 13-speed transmission semis equipped with APUs with inverter and in-cab plug-ins, refrigerators, microwave cubbies, and TV wall mounts.
Baffled, split-compartment trailers equipped with hydraulic high volume unloading pumps.
Samsung Tablets with data access are hard-mounted for each truck. Drivers use these for Samsara ELDs, Google Maps, and company fuel card app, among others.
